Return Policy

If your piece isn't right for the space, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

1. Email dendrialiving@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Drop the package at any carrier location.
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.

The fastest way to exchange is to return your original order and place a new one. This keeps your preferred item in stock.
